Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical sciences celebrated the World physiotherapy day 2022 on the theme of this year "Rehabilitation in Covid-19", where students had presented poster and BPT 3rd year Presented an article on "Physiotherapy management for COVID-19 in the acute hospital setting: clinical practice recommendations " by Peter Thomas ,Claire Baldwin,Bernie Bissett , Ianthe Boden , Rik Gosselink . This is was presented via zoom due to ongoing pandemic conditions.
And which was attended by our respected principal Dr. Reshma Khurana ma'am all the teachers and the students of Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences.
It was a short, sweet & interactive virtual session for students.
5th September is the birthday of the Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan and celebrated as Teacher’s Day in India as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to the society.
Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan said, "Instead of celebrating my birthday, it would be my proud privilege if this day is observed as Teachers’ Day”. This showed his love for the teaching profession. From then onwards, this day is celebrated as Teachers' Day in India.
The teacher’s day was celebrated by the students of Index Department of Physiotherapy & Paramedical sciences to express their gratitude for the immense contribution put forth by their teacher towards their development.
