Teacher’s Day

Teachers Day was celebrated in the Index Department of the Physiotherapy and paramedical Scienccces with a lot of gaiety and enthusiasm as the whole country celebrated the Teachers Day on the occasion of the birth day of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan to pay respect and reverence towards him.

The department was decorated with balloons, flowers and festoons. On this occasion, the students of our department expressed their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers. The most striking feature of the occasion was that the whole program was conducted by the students. The programme started with the traditional way with the prayer.

Each of our faculty was felicitated one after another. Then the Principal, Dr. Reshma Khurana Ma’am delivered brief and significant speech on the importance of the day and appreciate the students efforts to make faculty so special.

The main objective to show the respect for the teachers from the students was appreciated by all. Students also arranged stage performances and several other cultural activities. At the end there was an arrangement for refreshment for everyone.




International Yoga Day

To embrace our ancient culture Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences,Malwanchal University Celebrated International Yoga day on 21st June 2021

By organising yoga session ‘करें योग रहें निरोग’

Yoga can play a significant role in promoting both physical & mental well-being, especially for those facing social isolation & emotional distress as a result of the (covid-19) pandemic.

The mega event was graced by Guest of honour Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoriya, Index Group of Institution.

This Yoga Programme was Organised By Dr.Reshma Khurana, Principal Index Department of Physiotherapy And Paramedical Sciences, Malwanchal University.

The programme was coordinated by Dr. Pranita Sharma, Assistant Professor Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences.

More than 150 Students Of Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences participated in this yoga programme with enthusiasm.

Some of the yogas poses which were performed by all the students - SURYA NAMASKAR, TADASANA, TRIKONASANA Students gracefully give the performance on the Special Yoga poses ANJANEYA ASAN, DHANUR ASAN, CHAKRASAN, HAL ASAN, UTITH VASHISHT ASAN, NATRAJ ASAN, VRIKSHA ASAN, SARVANG ASAN, SHEERSH ASAN, BAK ASAN.

At the end of the session, the vote of thanks was delivered to all our special guest

The world Environment day is not just a celebration but also a reminder to take care of our surroundings in a best way.

Every year of 5th June is celebrated as “World Environment Day” and this year 2021 the theme is “Ecosystem Restoration” aimed at encouraging awareness & action for the protection of our environment.
