To develop student’s practical & Professional skills Index Department of Physiotherapy & paramedical Sciences had organized a seminar on “Overview of The Meckenzie methods” on 22nd July 2023. The Resource Person Dr.Hitesh R. Rohra (Honorary Director, MI India and Dip. MDT) explained the anatomical ways to relive the pain of the lumbar spine and also mentioned the importance of the posture and the movement in the process of relieving pain,he has mentioned the details about the centralization and peripheralization and more. At the end of seminar Dr.Reshma Khurana, Principal Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences presented momento as token of thanks to Dr.Hitesh R.Rohra & Dr.Shweta Dhamani Keshwani. The session was interesting and informative for the students.
