OA Knee Camp

A free OA Knee health camp was organized at Morodhaat Village by Index department Of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences on 5th Feb 2022. As many as people from village were attended & benefited from the health camp. The Knee health check up program started at 10A.M. supervised by our faculty Dr Saurabh lal & Dr. Vidhi Tiwari.

The objective of conducting OA Knee health camp was to create awareness about knee issues among the people and provide general health care services and counseling them on the basis of their condition

In camp we have done thorough knee assessment, and given exercise pamphlet for home regime and basic diet plan for general health of the knee. Majority of the people who attended the camp was suffering from knee pain due to their daily activities such as farming etc. We have given do’s don’ts chart for improving or maintaining the general health of the knee.

All villagers was very happy and satisfied with this camp.




Sports Physiotherapy Camp

23rd to 26th February, 2021

Index Department of Physiotherapy students voluntarily participated in the tournament as physiotherapist as “physio help”.

Our physio team goal was to help athlete to achieve maximum level of performance it could be by prevent injuries or treating current ones. They have given best approaches to athletes as per their requirements

During sports athletes also experienced sudden injuries like minor cramps , sprain as they sometimes over practice or over-rehearse. Our students provide them course of action plan consisting of various exercises that will help to bring the athlete back to his/her form.

Athletes were very happy and satisfied with students’ effort.




Sports Connect 3 (E-Conclave) 2021

15th February, 2021

One of the most awaited conferences after this pandemic, the physiotherapist and the students around the country come together and share their knowledge and experience through virtual platform.

Our respected principal of Index department of Physiotherapy & Paramedical sciences Dr.Reshma khurana ma’am was invited to speak up about the ongoing Covid situation and its effect on academics teachers, students and the current situation of college in the conclave – Principal’s Principles.

One of our student Prabhnoor kaur Saluja BPT 4th year Index Department of Physiotherapy &Paramedical sciences participated as ‘junior panelist and presented paper on the conference. Meenakshi Pareekh from BPT 4th year not only participated in solo singing competition but won the competition as well.

The conference was very informative and interesting for students.
