Medical and Paramedical students frequently aspire for work in different areas in the medical field. In response to their desires, the institution has created multidisciplinary programs which can enhance their clinical skills and knowledge. This provides current and future students with an academic opportunity to gain cross-disciplinary competencies.
Interdisciplinary knowledge aids in the bridge-building process between academic institutions which provide strong foundation of the students which is initiated by Dr. Reshma Khurana, Principal, Index department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences.
Dr. Shivi Trivedi Assistant Professor took interacting lectures on the topic of “Chest physiotherapy in COVID-19 patients: Nursing Perspectives to 3rd year Bsc. Nursing.
Dr. Arpita Mishra Assistant Professor had given lecture on “Stretching for pharmacy students and Pharmacists” to pharmacy students.
Dr. Ruchi Saxena Assistant Professor had enlightened Dental students on the topic of “Fascial Exercises in Bell’s Palsy in Dentistry”.
Dr. Vidhi Tiwari took lecture on the topic of Stretching for Nurses to 3rd year BSC Nursing.
World Environment Day

The Index Department of the Physiotherapy and Paramedical sciences organized World Environment Day Celebration on 10 June 2022 with a nation theme “ONLY ONE EARTH”.
The Program started with the welcome notes and brief introduction on World Environment Day. The Principal of the college Dr Reshma Khurana, delivered the speech about the importance of the tree Plantation and reducing the plastic waste and why we need to be aware about it. And she also interacted with students and explained about conserving the environment by changing the habits Students brought sapling Faculty members Dr. Shivi Trivedi, Dr Arpita Mishra , Dr Vaishali Patel, Dr Payal Jain and students planted and watered them.

On 13th May 2022, MP Government organized startup conclave 2022 at Brilliant Convention Centre. This event aim was to provide unique opportunity for startups to interact with leading industry experts and Venture capitalists. It will also help for students to understand the nuances of starting and running successful business.
From our Institution students who were interested in startup Idea attended the conclave with innovative ideas in their respective field. That will help them to inculcate the awareness about Start-up as well as for Entrepreneurship and motivated the students to venture the small scale start-ups.
